This project entailed developing a targeted social media strategy for Crumbl Cookies, the innovative bakery known for its rotating cookie menu. As the team leader, I guided a group of four peers through market research, profile creation, and strategy development for effective social media campaigns. Our goal was to bolster Crumbl’s brand on digital platforms, ensuring our plan was creative and quantifiably effective in engaging the brand's audience.
